Condition: This new commercial building in Alachua, Florida had acid and chemical burned metal storefront window frames and stucco contaminated metal capped curtain wall window mullions. The clear metal extruded finishes were damaged, oxidized, acid etched and stained by stucco overspray during the stucco application. The metal whitish beige stucco residue, construction debris, oxidation damage, discoloration and staining had to be removed from the metal window frames.
